Dr. Aniruddha Malpani

Founder

Dr Malpani is a world-renowned IVF specialist and the founder of Malpani Ventures. He is always hungry to learn more, and that is why he started angel investing in founders he learned from and believed in.

Dhruv Sane

Principal investment lead

Dhruv is the Principal Investment Lead at Malpani Ventures. He is a Chartered Accountant and has cleared all levels of the CFA charter.

In previous roles, Dhruv worked in investment banking at Lodha Capital and the forensic and dispute services team at Deloitte.

Ishan Pendse

Analyst

Ishan works as an Analyst at Malpani Ventures. He has cleared all levels of the CFA charter with a degree in Finance from NMIMS.

In previous roles, Ishan worked in quantitative trading and equity research.

Rahil Shah

Associate

Rahil is an Associate at Malpani Ventures. He is a Chartered Accountant and a lawyer.

Rahil brings over eight years in the corporate and advisory ecosystem, including roles at KPMG in the Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Deal Advisory practices, where he worked on stressed assets and M&A transactions across multiple industries.

He was also an early member at Unocue, an early-stage ed-tech venture where he was instrumental in growing it from 0 to 1.

Roshan Singh

Entrepreneur in residence

Roshan is the Entrepreneur in Residence at Malpani Ventures, where he focuses on building and shipping software across internal products, founder tooling, and operational systems that improve execution at scale.

Alongside MV, he supports Apni Pathshala on technology initiatives, is building eklavya.io, and has previously launched and scaled civic platforms including indianpotholes.com and empoweredindian.in, both of which garnered broad public adoption.

Yash Panditrao

3F VC

Yash is an engineering student who leads 3F VC and runs RaiseGate, a software platform for the VC ecosystem focused on document sharing, data extraction, and AI workflows.

At 3F VC, he supports under-25 founders with equity-free grants, strategic guidance, and access to an active builder network.

Through programs like the Frugal Founder’s Fund and Proxima Mumbai, he helps early teams move from prototype to meaningful market traction.
