Dealing with rejection – when investors say No

One of the hardest things about being a founder is that you encounter so many “No”s in your pursuit for funding. You talk to anyone who seems to have deep pockets - a friend, a family member, an acquaintance, or an angel investor whose profile you saw on LinkedIn . Their standard answer seems to be no, and it can be very hard to deal with this rejection, because so much of your hopes and dreams are riding on your startup. It can hurt your ego when everyone refuses to give you money.
