Battling Depression

Depression is one of those silent diseases that is surprisingly common , but which we don't talk much about. We all understand what depression is - after all of us have been sad at some point in our life. When a set back gets you down ,this is called a reactive depression, and most people learn to snap out of this fairly quickly. Endogenous depression, on the other hand - the deep , all-pervasive sadness which persists in spite of the fact that there doesn't seem to be any good external reason to be depressed, is what can be a stealth killer. https://lnkd.in/fsv5Pqp
